Happy New Year!

We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put
words on them ourselves. The book is called opportunity and its first
chapter is New Year's day.

I have signed up for two swaps and they have firm deadlines.

A deadline inspires terror for me. I wish it would motivate me - instead I am more like an ostrich. I've closed my eyes and you can't see me.
